Network building:In order to control the electrical panels quickly, easily, and precisely also obtaining their operational information in the production lines (reporting), the panel network connection named NOVIN NETWORK is designed and released. Currently the first version of this network is fed to panel models Cu08 and Cu07. Specifications: - Downloading and uploading various parameters, items and variables over a peer-to-peer master-slave connection to a PC via RS232 port. - Network connection over the physical RS485 layer in different formats. - Connection to the main network of the organization or to the international network (Internet) to upload various parameters and information. Novin network advantages: (To setup the DCS network and SCADA system) - Implementing MODBUS (a standard protocol). - Maximum distance of panels in absence of repeaters is 1200 meters. - Maximum number of clients is 247 in a network. - Storage of each client is up to 3000 events with their history in case of disconnections. - Alarm system on the change of any parameters of welding or errors. - Double linguistic system (English and Farsi) in the software interface. - Checking each panel presence and their entry and exit history. - Real-time monitoring of each panel and report of its last statements. - Layout of the arrangement of panels and guns on a visual production line in the software. - Monitor and report every technical parameter of panels and guns. - Display the shape of electrode and the specifications of the appropriate plates for welding. - Registering up to 6 work-shifts by their time and date separately. - Storing all the events and reports of the network in an MSAccess database. - Defining the panel behavior on errors (Stop, alarm, or none). - Defining the panel behavior in different work-shifts and enable/disable the panel keyboard. - Defining users and their password with six levels of access, with permissions to Read, Change, none for each pages of the software. - Defining up to six groups of users for panels and guns. - Simultaneous printing of errors and a summary of the changed variables. - Dynamically report and output of events and panel parameters using the SQL structure, besides diagram drawing. - Ability to send the parameters of one panel to other panels. >>Click on This links below to see the technical notes. |
