Automatic Mesh production station
Today’s pioneering technology in structure and construction industry is mostly employed in prefabricated segments and light-weight buildings.
These technologies are more useful in regions of the world where earthquake is more frequent and unfortunately our country is in such parts which make this technology more important in our today’s construction industry.
Sandwich panel network is one of the basic materials in this context. This panel consists of a bulk of foam surrounded by two mesh surfaces. Mesh surfaces in both basic and composite structures can be employed in sandwich panel networks. An important aspect in producing these panels is worldwide welding standards.
NovinSazan as the most reputational and authenticated company in resistance welding industry in Iran has decided to add an automatic machine for welding armature networks or metal rods,to its product-list. With the use of resistance spot welding method,this machine is available for producing high quality welds following the international standards RWMA and AWS.
This product can provide gratings with various lengths with 120cm width. Each member of the grating can be a square or rectangle with dimensions varied from 4 to 20cm using different bars from 2 to 6cm in diameter, each simple or patterned. This system can produce 1 meter of gratings in each hour and more than 3tons of mesh in a working shift.
To capsulate the foam between two mesh surfaces, our group has designed and produced an automatic machine which can place the foam and bundle it with two gratings using spot welding method.
Usage:
Several usages of mesh in sandwich panel form can be summarized as:
Buildings, Hospitals, administrative and trading centers, prefabricated walls and roofs, interior partitioning, Production saloons,depots,silos,water channels and rivers, metro and underground roads,fencings,sport blankets,roof and ground of pools, airports and terminals,transport containers,coolin saloons, emergency camps,carriages,and etc.
Advantages of this technology:
Lowering costs and charges, securing against earthquake, increasing buildings and structures lifetime, economizing energy consumption, securing buildings against fire by usage of different insulators, light weight in transportation, insulation against heat, humidity, chill, noise, ….

- Much lower in price and access time to consumables and spare parts.
- Complete instructional guidance bringing familiarity of user to the system.
- Accessible technical information and a ready basis for any changes in the system due to customer requests or project terms and conditions.
Operational details:
Longitudinal bars are arranged straight forward in rows of specified network (usually 16 rows with 2.3 meters width). The first transverse bar (2.1 meter length) is placed in its position, and then the first row of welds takes place. The welding order is generated by the operator pushing the appropriate button. The pushpooling system starts up bringing the mesh forward by a
prespecified network width and resets for the next welding. These steps will repeat simultaneously until the whole grating is produced.
The control panel of this machine is a product of Novinsazan group and has passed the quality, safety, and operational tests and is compliant to respective international standards. Under customer requests, it would be possible to add accessories like roll opener, bar straightner and network cutter.
This mesh is then fed to another machine for sandwich panel production. This machine is comprised of two portable guns (handheld spot welding), two balancers, two dynamic rails (trolley), and a working table (chassis and holder). This machine is also a Novinsazan production.
