Automatic grating production A grating is a network plate produced of rigid welding of steal ribbons to armatures, crossing each other perpendicularly. The output can resist weights up to hundreds of tons in each square meter. This kind of grating is called SP Welded Grating.
Another kind of these plates are designed by pressing steal ribbons into each other and called PR Pressed Gratings. Also structures formed of ribbons to half-ribbons and ribbons to quadrilaterals (four-side) are available.
This machine is a fully automatic system. Longitudinal pre-prepared ribbons are placed on a moving table. Then transverse bars are put according to the network dimensions. Upon the operator order, the moving table proceeds to the welding points and press welding or electro forge process is done step by step till the network length is accomplished. All this process is done automatically.
The network dimensions cannot exceed 5.1 meter in width and 3 meters in length, but upon customer desire, these rates can be adjusted.
